OnePlus 2 Certified at TENAA, Pictures Confirm Physical Home Button

OnePlus 2 has already been confirmed for a July 27 unveiling, but the smartphone hasn't been shown anywhere yet so we don't have any idea on what it might look like.

Not anymore though, since the smartphone has been recently spotted at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory commission, along with most of its specs in tow.

Apart from the fact that we now have a good idea of what the OnePlus 2 looks like, most of the phone's specs have been confirmed as well, a new report coming from China mentions.

First of all, it looks like OnePlus has decided to put a physical Home button on its flagship smartphone. For some, the presence of a physical button will make it easier to handle the OnePlus 2, while othesr will hate it for being too unaesthetic.
Metal body and fingerprint scanner

But apart from that, the OnePlus 2 looks very much like its predecessor, so no surprises here. If you like the original OnePlus smartphone, you will definitely love the new one as well, especially that it features a metal body.

Moving on to specs, TENAA's certification can't really be falsified, so the specs listed for the OnePlus 2 should be 100% accurate unless the Chinese company decides to certify another version of the smartphone in the next couple of days.

Based on TENAA's listing, OnePlus 2 comes with a 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

The “flagship killer” will be equipped with a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor paired with an Adreno 430 graphics processing unit and 4GB of RAM. The smartphone will pack 32GB of internal memory and a 3,300 mAh battery.

As confirmed by OnePlus, its high-end device will come with USB Type-C port, as well as dual-SIM and 4G LTE support.

It will also pack a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, along with a 5-megapixel selfie camera in the front, but also a fingerprint scanner under the Home button.
