Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini Leaks in Live Pictures

Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini Leaks in Live Pictures

It's no surprise that Samsung launches mini versions of its flagship smartphones. LG is doing it, Sony is doing it as well, and soon every other respected handset maker is going to do it in order to cover all markets.

The Galaxy S6 mini hasn't been released yet, but we can say that it's a sure thing. It will be announced and launched this year, and if the latest rumors prove to be accurate, we might see the Galaxy S6 mini making its debut on the market as early as next month.

Samsung fans disappointed by Galaxy S6 due to its lacking microSD card slot and the battery inside being non-removable, might want to give the mini version a try when the South Korean company releases it on the market.

The latest pictures that leaked recently show the boot screen of the Galaxy S6 mini, along with the right side of the phone that features the SIM slot.

Unfortunately, we can't confirm that Samsung Galaxy S6 mini will pack microSD card slot for memory expansion, nor removable battery.
It might be announced along with Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+

In fact, little is known about Galaxy S6 mini's specs sheet, but from what we know it might come with a 4.6- or 4.7-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution.

On the inside, the smartphone might be powered by a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory.

Rumor has that Galaxy S6 mini will feature a 16-megapixel photo snapper on the back with autofocus, LED flash and video recording.

These are all the specs rumored for Samsung Galaxy S6 mini, but we expect more details to emerge in the next couple of weeks.

Samsung is expected to unveil its next high-end smartphones, Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ on August 13, so there's a high chance that the Galaxy S6 mini will be announced as well.
